Hand Painted Solid Wood Picture Frame – Chalk Paint Finish, Custom Size
High quality solid wood picture frame, glass included. Hand painted with closed corners, high quality pigments, and a natural beeswax and carnauba wax finish. No VOCs. Wood backing, hangers or a wood easel back, and felt bumpers included. Built to order, ready to display out of the box. Custom sizes at no extra charge.
Closed corners means the frame is joined first and painted after. The corners are sealed and painted over, so there is no hard cut gap like you see on frames built from pre painted moulding. The color wraps the frame as one piece.

The paint is natural chalk paint: chalk and pigment. It doesn’t self-level like modern paint, so the brush strokes stay in the finish. That’s the point. Once the paint has cured, each frame is waxed by hand for a soft, deep finish.

In the size menu: Hang comes with wall hangers installed, Stand comes with a wood easel back installed (sizes 19 inches and under), and Both comes with hangers and an easel back, so you can display it either way. Sizes over 19 inches hang on wire.
