Shipping is free within the United States.
Every frame is made to order — chopped, painted, cured, and waxed by hand — so most orders leave our Arroyo Grande workshop within about a week. Smaller frames ship in protective flat mailers; larger frames ship boxed with corner protection.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If a frame arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right — we'd rather you have frames you love.
Caring for Your Frame
The finish is natural chalk paint sealed with hand-applied wax. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Please don't use household cleaners or solvents — they can dull the wax. With that small kindness, the finish deepens with age.
